Return Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with your SPECS device or related accessories, you can return them for a refund by submitting a return request within 14 days of receipt. You must then return the items within 14 days after you submit your return request.

Please note that we only accept returns for items purchased directly from Specs. If you purchased a device or accessories (including prescription lenses) from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly to handle your return in accordance with their return policy.

Here’s how to request a refund:

1. Go to our Returns page.

2. Fill out and submit all the necessary return information within 14 days of receipt.

3. Print the return label and package up your items with care.

4. Drop your package off at a local UPS facility within 14 days of submitting the return request.

5. After we receive, inspect, and approve your returned items, your original payment method will be credited for the purchase price.

Other Things to Note:

• Returned products may require inspection. To be eligible for a refund, your device and accessories must be returned in the original packaging, with all included parts and accessories, and in their original condition. If your returned product is not in its original condition, we may still provide a refund to you in our discretion but the amount you receive may be reduced for damages or missing components.

• If you return a device that was part of a promotion or bundle without returning all the other included items, the value of the promotional discount will be deducted from your total refund.

• This return policy does not apply to items marked as non-refundable.

After 14 days, we will not provide a refund or permit an exchange (except pursuant to our Limited Warranty). If you believe your SPECS device or accessories are defective, please review the Limited Warranty to see if you may be eligible for warranty services.

This Return Policy is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights.
