Please read these Snapchat Referral Reward Program Terms carefully. These Snapchat Referral Reward Program Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Snap, and govern your participation in any program offered by Snap which allows you to invite potential users of the Services to create a Snapchat account in exchange for a reward (“Snapchat Referral Reward Program”). These Snapchat Referral Reward Program Terms incorporate by reference the Snap Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and any other applicable terms, guidelines and policies. To the extent these Snapchat Referral Reward Program Terms conflict with any of the other terms, these Snapchat Referral Reward Program Terms will govern. The Snapchat Referral Reward Program is part of Snap's “Services” as defined in the Snap Terms of Service. 

a. Subject to your compliance with these Snapchat Referral Reward Program Terms and any other eligibility criteria as determined or notified to you by us in our sole discretion (“Eligibility Criteria”), we may permit you to participate in the Snapchat Referral Reward Program. Once accepted into the Snapchat Referral Reward Program, you may be permitted to invite individuals (“Invitee”) to create a Snapchat account (“Sign-up”), in exchange for Snap granting you a reward as notified to you via the Services (“Reward”) . 

b. Snap will provide you with a unique URL link which you may share with Invitees (“Invite Link”). You will only use the Invite Link solely for the purpose of inviting Invitees in connection with the Snapchat Referral Reward Program.

a. The Snapchat Referral Reward Program (including the time period in which Sign-ups must take place) will be available for a specific time frame as notified to you via the Services (“Reward Program Period”), is subject to availability, and may be withdrawn at any time by us in our sole discretion. To unlock a Reward Program Period you must meet the Eligibility Criteria notified to you in the Services or as set out in these Snapchat Referral Reward Program Terms (for example, number of Sign-ups).

b. To qualify for a Reward Program Period, you or the Invitee (as applicable) must meet the following criteria: (i) the Invitee must create an account on the Services by using your Invite Link; (ii) the Invitee must create a Snapchat account within the eligible period as notified to you via the Services. After such eligibility period, the Invite Link will expire and cannot be used; (iii) the Invitee must not already have an account on the Services, or have ever had an account on the Services at any time; (iv) you must reside in the country notified to you in the Services; and (v) you must have a Snapchat account in good standing and not subject to any active investigation or enforcement action by Snap for breach of the Snapchat Referral Reward Program Terms, Community Guidelines, or any Snap terms or policies.

c. You must not do any of the following in connection with your participation in the Snapchat Referral Reward Program (“Prohibited Activities”): (i) spam Invitees with the Invite Link or any other content, including via automated or semi-automated means; (ii) send unsolicited invites to Invitees; (iii) send any content that does not comply with our Community Guidelines; (iv) use false or misleading means to solicit Sign-ups, including automatic or deceptive redirecting of visitors, blind text links, misleading links, or forced clicks; (v) falsely create, or solicit others to falsely create, Snapchat accounts including using bots or other non-human or automated means; (vi) offer payment of money or other inducements to Invitees to create an account on the Services; (vii) attempt to impersonate Snap or another person, or imply an affiliation with Snap; (viii) send content that contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, or surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; or (ix) send content that violates or infringes any intellectual property rights of third parties.

d. Snap may exclude any Sign-ups from consideration that Snap determines, in its sole discretion, are not attributable to your URL Link or have occurred in connection with one or more Prohibited Activities.

Reward Program Periods have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits, or transferred, assigned, regifted, or resold to any person or account. Snap may limit the number of Reward Program Periods that you may be eligible to receive or impose other restrictions in its sole discretion. Snap may withdraw or cancel any Reward Program Periods at any time in its sole discretion, including if we discover you have breached these Snapchat Referral Reward Program Terms or the Community Guidelines after the commencement of the Reward Program Period.

a. To qualify for Snapchat+ as the Reward (“Snapchat+ Reward Program”), you must meet the following criteria: (i) you must not have subscribed to Snapchat+ before; and (ii) you must reside in the US. 

b. Subject to these Snapchat Referral Reward Program Terms and the Eligibility Criteria, the version of Snapchat+ that you will receive as the Reward will not include buddy passes and free streak restore.
