Estas Condiciones de privacidad de Turquía constituyen un contrato legalmente vinculante entre vos y Snap y se incorporan a las Condiciones de servicios empresariales. Algunas de las condiciones que se utilizan en las Condiciones de privacidad de Turquía se definen en las Condiciones de servicios empresariales.

a. If you provide Event Data under the Snap Conversion Terms which includes the personal data of Turkish data subjects, and you are using the Business Services either in your personal capacity and live in Turkey or on behalf of an entity which has its principal place of business in Turkey, then you agree to the Turkish controller-controller Standard Contractual Clauses.

b. If you provide Identifier Data under the Customer List Audience Terms which includes the personal data of Turkish data subjects, and you are using the Business Services either in your personal capacity and live in Turkey or on behalf of an entity which has its principal place of business in Turkey, then you agree to the Turkish controller-processor Standard Contractual Clauses.

If these Turkish Privacy Terms conflict with the Business Services Terms, or any Supplemental Terms and Policies, then to the extent of the conflict the governing documents will be, in descending order: these Turkish Privacy Terms, the Supplemental Terms and Policies, and the Business Services Terms.
